I was lucky to get my hands on one of these. The metallic finish is flawless and the dense compound gives a much more satisfying squeeze than the regular versions. Since it’s a limited edition with a certificate, it feels more like an investment than a toy. Minor complaint: the box could use a protective sleeve.

The maltose compound gives it a unique resistance you don’t find in ordinary squish toys, and the certification makes it feel like a true collectible. The display box is nicer than I expected, too. A bit pricey, but for a 50-year anniversary piece with fewer than 500 units worldwide, it’s fair.
