By placing an order with NeeDoh UAE, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Products and pricing

We sell NeeDoh stress-relief toys and related accessories. We work with suppliers worldwide and use a dropshipping model. Product images are for illustration; the actual item may vary slightly.

All prices are in AED (or your local currency if selected). We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If a price is incorrect, we will contact you before charging.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order by sending a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund you in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, out-of-stock items, or errors in pricing.

User obligations

You agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information when ordering.
• To use the products only for their intended purpose.
• Not to resell products without our written permission.
• Not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt it.

Intellectual property

Our website content, logo, and branding are protected by copyright. You may not copy or use them without permission. NeeDoh is a registered trademark of its respective owner; we use it to describe the product.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, NeeDoh UAE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be first attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

For EU customers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
