Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery takes 7 to 10 days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over AED 100 ship free to the UAE. For other countries, a flat rate applies.

Carriers: We use Aramex, Emirates Post, and local courier partners depending on your address. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs and import duties: For UAE orders, all duties are included. For other countries, you may be responsible for taxes or customs fees. Please check your local rules.

Delivery delays during public holidays or extreme weather may occur. We will update you as soon as we know.
