Refund Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be attached.
- You must include your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping: The buyer pays the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
How to start a return: Email contact@needoh.ae with your order number and photos (if the issue is damage or defect). We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and next steps.
Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will approve or reject your refund within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
Late or missing refunds: Wait 5 business days after approval, then check your bank. If you still don’t see it, contact us at contact@needoh.ae.
