All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

If your order has not shipped yet, yes. Email contact@needoh.ae within 12 hours of ordering with your new details. If it already shipped, we cannot change the address.

Yes, orders over AED 100 ship free to the UAE. Orders below that have a flat fee shown at checkout.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping except for defective or wrong items.

Email contact@needoh.ae with your order number and the reason. If the item is damaged, include a photo. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we approve or reject within 3 business days. Approved refunds appear on your statement within 5-7 business days.

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry completely. Do not submerge in water or use harsh chemicals.

A slight stickiness is normal and helps with the squishy feel. If it bothers you, dust it with a little cornstarch and rub it in. Avoid placing it on painted surfaces.

NeeDoh products are non-toxic and pass strict safety standards. However, they are not for small parts. Keep them away from children under 3 to avoid a choking hazard.

A slight rubbery smell from the material is common initially. It disappears within a few days. If the smell is strong, leave the product in a ventilated area for 24 hours.
